PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders containing customized or programmed NFC products may require additional processing time for customization.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. All delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
SHIPPING OF ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS
Some products we sell contain batteries or electronic components, which may be subject to specific carrier or international shipping regulations. As a result, certain destinations may experience longer delivery times or restrictions. CyberNotik complies with all required lithium battery shipping regulations.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. CyberNotik is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, CyberNotik is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any claims related to transit issues should be filed directly with the carrier.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
PRE-ORDERS & BACKORDERS
If an item is listed as a pre-order or backorder, your entire order may ship together once all items are available. Estimated ship dates for pre-orders may change due to production or supplier delays.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. CyberNotik cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
