PURCHASE & CANCELLATION POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed with CyberNotik begin processing shortly after payment is completed. Please ensure that all information entered at checkout—including your shipping address, product selections, and any customization details—is correct before submitting your order.

CUSTOM & NFC PROGRAMMED PRODUCTS
Orders containing customized items or NFC products that require data programming (such as name, links, contact information, etc.) begin production quickly. Because these items are personalized:

• Custom/NFC orders cannot be canceled once programming or production has begun.
• Please double-check the spelling and accuracy of all submitted information.

CyberNotik is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

ORDER CHANGES
We may not be able to modify an order after it is placed. If you need to request a change, contact us immediately at contact@cybernotik.com. Order changes are not guaranteed.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
Orders may be canceled **only if they have not yet entered processing, production, or NFC programming**. Once an order begins processing, it cannot be canceled. If eligible, approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY CYBERNOTIK
CyberNotik reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized use of payment
• Incorrect pricing or product availability errors
• Orders that violate our Terms of Service
• Safety or shipping restrictions regarding electronic products or batteries

If we cancel your order, you will be notified and refunded in full.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By completing a purchase, you authorize CyberNotik to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of the order, including taxes, fees, and shipping costs.

FAILED OR REJECTED PAYMENTS
If a payment fails, we may cancel or hold your order until payment is resolved. CyberNotik is not responsible for delays caused by payment issues.
